Maternity lithotomy harness

Description: Webbing harness strap for obstetric use. Missing stirrups.These webbing straps were used in midwifery to assist the mother to sustain a position that gave access for the attendant as well as encouraging effective bearing down. They were generally looped around the patient's neck.
