Medical gas hose extension, Mini Schrader

Description: This extension hose is designed for 4 bar pressure medical gas. The example is remarkable for its length and for the distributor connector. The female connector bearing the knurled flange would normally be the gas outlet. It contains a car tyre valve to prevent gas escape except when the probe is inserted. Two separate probe designs for oxygen (A.) and air (B.) prevent cross connection. The probe click locks into place and is released by twisting the knurled flange. This particular example has a dual ended probe suggesting perhaps that air and oxygen could be mixed. Application unknown.
